Mastery Program

Life has a way of bringing to us everything that we need in order to learn, whether through small or big experiences, and most often through the challenging ones! If your heart is yearning to understand more about what your life has taught you and to create more peace, fulfilment and happiness, then this Personal Mastery Program is for you.

Based on our own life experiences, spiritual practice, and self-mastery journeys, we have designed a unique nine-module program where you will delve deeper into understanding your past influences, experiences and beliefs so that you can choose to free yourself from limitations that keep you feeling stuck. While your story is important, who you really are is so much more than what has happened to you. It is time to assess what you have learned so far and tap into more of your true personal potential. By understanding universal principles and connecting with the greatest version of yourself within, you can do just that!

What is Mastery?

Mastery is a state of being in alignment with your authentic self and living with an intimate understanding of who you are and your purpose. When your internal life is strengthened by this cause, your external world reflects it (yes, you are that powerful!) and then you are able to contribute to the world around you in a deeply meaningful way. The path of the master is one that is able to be in the world, but not of it.  By your own example, you contribute to the betterment of your own life, those around you and all you meet, and consequently, to the world.

Our Commitment to You

We have worked together as spiritual teachers and mentors for over twenty years. We are Reiki Masters who have continued the tradition of working in a personal apprenticeship manner so that together we can explore the mysteries of your life with the intention of helping you find a solid foundation for your own self-mastery.  Through our mentorship, we can help you accelerate your development and support you in your personal journey of self love, healing and empowerment so that you can live your life in your own personal mastery.

Personal Mastery Sessions

We will begin with an introductory session (in person at HeartLight or by video conference for distant students) where the personalized program and intentions are mapped out, and the commitment to the program established. A further nine two-hour sessions will be established roughly every four to six weeks to complete the program (what happens in your life between sessions is integral to the program). 

A module will be assigned during each interval with reading, journalling, meditation and answers to questions to help you learn much about yourself, your past, your beliefs, your influences, your blocks, your dreams and ultimately, your power to manifest and live your most magnificent life. Together we will develop goals, affirmations and a personal mission that will support you to become the best version of yourself you can be.

Cost of the Program

The cost of the HeartLight Personal Mastery Program is $1,495 (includes HST). An initial deposit of $295 is required upon commencement of the program, followed by further payments at a mutually agreed upon schedule.
